1. Agreement

4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps: Email Support: Send an email to support@ignitecove.co.ke with your account details and transaction information. Include Reason: Clearly state that you are requesting a refund and provide the reason, ensuring that you have not accessed any information related to the payment. Wait for Response: Our support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
